What's new
What we built each month, in order. We don't announce what's coming here: only things that are already done and available. If something's missing, write to us — a good part of this list came from specific requests.
Six languages and your own content
The site and the panel are no longer bilingual. And the blog is now managed from inside, with no code to publish.
Website and panel in six languages: Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, German and Italian. Every page declares its equivalents so a search engine knows they're the same page in another language.
Blog managed from the panel, with automatic translation into all six languages and control over what gets published where.
The chat handles long conversations better: the one-hour cache is now genuinely active, having previously been sent without the header that enabled it. Lower cost and faster replies when picking up a conversation.
A misconfigured language now stops startup with a clear message, instead of being accepted and failing later during translation.
Accuracy, spend control and respect for the customer's website
The longest month. We changed how the assistant finds the answer, how an external site is crawled and who authorises spending money.
Private documents: upload PDF, DOCX, TXT or MD and the assistant uses them. Only the extracted text is stored, never the file.
Support channel inside the application itself. The thread lives in the panel; email only notifies.
Data export and deletion (GDPR) from the panel, instead of writing to an address and waiting.
Human approval before spending: a new sign-up crawls nothing until a person confirms the company is real and the owner has verified their email.
Email verification at sign-up, and a notice to the customer at every step: sign-up received, sign-up approved, assistant ready, expiry approaching.
Monthly conversation allowance per plan, visible from the panel.
Re-crawl the website of an already published assistant without losing anything: it keeps the link, the reviewed visual identity, the conversations and the documents.
The assistant finds the right answer better on large websites: a second pass was added that reorders results by actual relevance. That pass used to fail silently and answers came back in roughly the original order.
Information is no longer discarded for lack of room. Whatever doesn't fit in the assistant's immediate memory can still be looked up.
Good manners when crawling a customer's website: we identify ourselves, respect robots.txt, limit the rate and pause between requests. If a firewall blocks us, we don't work around it: express authorisation is requested from the owner and recorded.
AI spending control per assistant and per account, with a daily notice. It starts by measuring, not cutting off.
Billing: VAT, idempotency and the missing Stripe events, so a failed payment really shows up in the account status.
Customer sign-up with Google ended on the operator screen. Now it goes where it should.
Customers couldn't save their own escalation email address. Now they can.
A contact page could go uncrawled depending on how it was linked, and the assistant didn't know the company's address.
The privacy policy said things the code didn't do. We fixed the document, not the code.
A review before opening the door
A month of auditing instead of features: everything built so far was reviewed, looking for what would break with real customers in front of it.
The critical faults found in the pre-launch review were closed: request origin checks, WhatsApp messages that could be processed twice, and notices that reached nobody.
A notice when a website crawl stops halfway, instead of ending silently with half the content.
The product, from scratch
From a website URL to an assistant that answers, with human review along the way.
The full process: the public site is read, the company profile and its visual identity are extracted, and an assistant is set up in about ten minutes.
Embeddable web chat with the client's branding, streaming replies and clear status messages when the assistant is unavailable.
WhatsApp with text and voice notes, plus handover from the web chat keeping the history.
Contact capture with interest scoring, and appointment booking that checks free slots in real time.
A panel with full conversations, the contacts captured and which questions went unanswered.
Several web addresses per company, for anyone with a blog or shop on a separate domain.
Answers added by hand: when you see the assistant didn't know something, you answer it and it learns it.
Missing something?
A good part of this list came from requests by people who were trying it out. If you need something that isn't here, say so.
