AI assistant for hotels and accommodation

An AI assistant for a hotel handles questions from guests and future guests at any hour and in their own language: check-in and check-out times, what breakfast includes, whether you accept pets, how to get there from the airport, what's nearby. It answers with what your hotel has published, by phone, WhatsApp and your website chat, and passes on to reception anything that needs a person.

What you're missing today

Reception can't be in two places

The same person checks in a family, picks up the phone and replies on WhatsApp. In high season that doesn't add up, and what always drops is the call from someone who isn't a customer yet.

The enquiry comes in another language and in the small hours

A traveller in another country asks at three in the morning, their time. If you reply twelve hours later, they've already booked somewhere else.

Questions that never change

Check-in times, whether there's parking, whether breakfast is included, whether the pool is open in October. It's all on your website and people still call to ask every day.

Bookings that end up on the portal

Every question left unanswered too long pushes the traveller to book through an OTA, commission included, instead of through your direct channel.

What it answers, in the guest's language

The assistant replies in the language it's written to, always using the information your hotel has published and reviewed.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Is breakfast included and until what time is it served?

Do you allow pets, and is there a surcharge?

Do you have your own parking, or where can I park?

How do I get there from the airport?

Are the pool and spa open at this time of year?

Do you have family rooms or extra beds?

Can I cancel the booking, and how far in advance?

Are there restaurants or a beach near the hotel?

Can you store my luggage if I arrive before check-in?

Where the questions come from

A hotel gets enquiries on every channel at once and in several languages. They all draw on the same information, so nobody gets two different answers.

Phone

It picks up when reception is busy or in the small hours, and transfers to your line when a query needs a person.

WhatsApp

The traveller's natural channel, with text and voice notes. It answers before, during and after the stay.

Chat on your website

It clears up the question holding back a direct booking, right on the page where the traveller is deciding.

Email

It sends directions, the restaurant menu or the cancellation terms to whoever asks for them.

Hotel FAQs

Does it answer in several languages?

Yes. It replies in the language it is written to, using your hotel's information. There's no need to keep one version of your content per language.

Can it confirm bookings or take payments?

It doesn't take payments. It can check availability in your calendar and close an appointment or an enquiry within the conversation, but payment and booking follow your usual process.

Does it integrate with my booking engine or my PMS?

Not today. It connects to Google Calendar and Cal.com for availability and appointments. Connectors for PMSs and channel managers aren't there, and we'd rather say so up front.

What if someone asks about something that isn't on the website?

It says so and hands over to reception, using the contact you choose. It never invents an opening time or a price, which is exactly what causes a complaint at check-in.

Can I add information that isn't published?

Yes. You can upload documents — arrival protocol, menu, house rules — and the assistant uses them just like your website content. Only the text is stored, never the original file.
