If the customer would rather carry on over WhatsApp, the AI offers the handover. The web conversation history is kept in memory, so the assistant knows exactly where the conversation left off and the customer doesn't have to repeat anything.
Yes. The AI checks availability in real time and offers the free slots. The customer picks a time and confirms the appointment without leaving the conversation.
Data and privacy
Your data is yours. You can view it, edit it, export it and delete it. If you decide to leave, you take your information with you, no argument. There's no black box.

Pricing and contracting
No. You pay for the month and that's it. Crawling your website, the human review of what we extracted and tuning the assistant are all included: that's our job, not an extra we bill you for.
Plans are month to month, with no lock-in. If you pay annually in advance, you get two months free.
No. These are B2B prices: you're invoiced the amount plus VAT.
